• A.V. Trucking specializes in the transportation of full sized containers, and is setup to do so with maximum efficiency.

• California trip Permits, bridge toll and scale weight charges are included in the price rate.

• Free Time
  Two hours free time will be allowed for loading or unloading without the assistance of the driver. Delay time beyond the two free hours extra charges will be added to the rate per hour or fraction thereof.

• When driver assists loading or unloading
  The drayage rates do not include loading or unloading. Any extra charge from the packing house will be billed to the customer. The charge will be exactly what we would have to pay.

• Extra Stops
  Shipments stopped in transit to complete loading or unloading will be an additional charge for each stop that's not off-route. One hour free standby time will be allowed for each stop. Stop-off point not directly intermediate between origin and destination will be an additional charge per "out-of-route" mile in addition to the stop off charge for the stop. Please call to confirm rates on multiple stop pickups or deliveries and special routing.

• Cancellation of Orders
  If pickups or delivery orders are canceled by phone with fax confirmation prior to dispatching the driver, there's no charge. If the driver is dispatched or already in route, the published rate applies. Also, if we cannot utilize the trailer or container pulled for canceled pickup on another move, additional charges for the shipping line, the railroad or stack train for non-use will be applied.

  All storage and detention charges will be billed to the customer.
  WITHIN 60 MILE RADIUS OF OUR OFFICE ONE HOUR FREE TIME WILL BE ALLOWED
